Christmas Morning

Lauren loved waking up to new toys in the living room. At this age, unwrapping presents is still not that exciting. But seeing the toys all set up and ready to go, was definitely worth the late night construction!

Santa

Lauren reached her arms out to me as soon as she sat on Santa's lap. She let out two whines, then started to stare at his beard. We finally got her to look away from the bearded Santa and look at the camera. She is starting to become shy, so I knew a smile would be hard to get. Smile or not, she is absolutely gorgeous!

PJ's

Mommy and I get to hang out in our PJ's now that she is home for winter break!

Holiday Tea Party

Lauren's friend had a kiddie holiday tea party (with milk and cookies) no tea of course. Lauren loved the train they had set up. Guess we will have to set one up next year.

My First Birthday Party

Lauren had a blast at her 1st Birthday Party!

My First Haircut

To get ready for my first birthday party, mommy took me to a salon to get my first haircut. Snip, Snip, Snip, well acutally only two to be exact. I really didn't notice a thing because the cookie they gave me tasted sooooooooooo good!

The Zoo

On my first birthday, Mommy and Daddy took me to the zoo. I had so much fun. Except when the goat decided to 'baahh' in my face!

Breakfast

So, in the attempt to get Lauren to eat real food, I made her french toast sticks (minus the syrup), fruit and a cup of milk. She did good! It's amazing to see them eat big people food.

Good Dog, Bad Dog

Good Dog: I know when babies turn one they will start to eat big people food, well Lauren decided to grab a chip out of my bag and run away..................SO good dog for going after Lauren because it's not safe to eat and walk OR steal Mommy's snacks. Bad Dog: You can't set a good example to Lauren if you are eating her stolen snack out of her hand! Geez .............

Best Friends

There are times when Bailey would like a quiet moment and there are times when Lauren would like some privacy. But... MOST of the time the two of them are together. Lauren wants to pull Bailey's ears and Bailey wants Lauren to drop some food. They are truly partners in crime!

What a Mess!

This mess took about 5 minutes to make. Then, she walked away. It's time to start teaching her the clean up song!

Here are pictures of her on the actual day of Halloween. We dressed her up and went to Crane's Roost to trick or treat. Unfortunatley, she slept most of the time when we arrived! Sleepy Lauren.

Lauren looked amazing in her little fairy costume. She loved her friend, Reagan's party. In fact, she enjoyed playing with one of the older little girls so much that she cried when she left. Thanks Reagan for having a wonderful party!
