The Joys of NOT working, right now...
Today we were lucky to have visitors, Kristan and Kiley! We had an almost 3 hr. shopping spree at Babies R Us that would have (without the kids) taken us 30 minutes. Kendall got fussy, then Kiley got hungry, Lauren just had to go to the bathroom and get a drink of water from the fountain that she of course couldn't reach. What to do? Hand Kristan both babies! They were actually very quiet and content in her arms.

Mommy's Check Up
Mommy went in for her 6 week check up and brought the family to visit our wonderful doctor. Dr. Boulting is just amazing and I'm so glad that he delivered both of my girls! He likes to remind Lauren that he is the first person she met when she came into the world.

Leu Gardens
Thanks to our invite, Lauren, Kendall and I went to a story time at Leu Gardens today. We were very excited to meet another Red Bug baby, Little Miss Emerson!
We are definitely returning to the gardens someday soon for a picnic!

Support a Great Cause
As most of you know my best friend's son was diagnosed with Cystic Fibrosis. Cystic fibrosis (CF) is a devastating genetic disease that affects tens of thousands of children and young adults in the United States.

Last year I walked and raised money for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. I am happy to announce that this year I am walking with "Benjamin's Buddies." GREAT STRIDES is the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation's largest and most successful national fund-raising event. It will be held at the University of Central Florida on April 18, 2009.
I'd appreciate your support for the foundation! Join us.
Research and care supported by the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation is making a huge difference in extending the quality of life for those with CF. However, we continue to lose precious lives to CF every day. That's why your help is needed now more than ever to ensure that a cure is found sooner - rather than later.
Together, we can make a difference in the lives of those with CF!

Piece of Advice
Don't say a blind 'yes' to your child while on an important phone call. Your child might just end up looking like this!
