What is Love?

What is love? When someone pulls your ears? Grabs your fur? Pinches your collar? We would think that Bailey would get annoyed with Lauren. But instead she is always by her side licking her face. We thought putting Lauren in the playyard would give the two of them a break, but as you can see in the picture...........they just don't want to be apart!

Day Care

Lauren started day care this week. So far she loves it! I can't believe it. She loves her new friend named, "Rachael Ray". They babel together and play with the toys. During circle time when the babies sit and listen to music, Lauren bounces and says, "Yeah". She also throws in a couple "Heys" and fake coughs. What a silly girl!

Playing Nice

Lauren went to her friend Reagan's 1st Birthday Party. She loved it. Especially when she tried to grab Reagan's pacifier out of her mouth!

Pool

Lauren loves going swimming! We can't believe she leaves on the hat and glasses.

Privacy

Bailey has no more privacy now that Lauren can crawl everywhere. Lauren tried to sit in Bailey's bed. As you can see Bailey welcomed her with kisses!

Just Relaxing

Lauren has her own way of sitting in the stroller. She loves sticking her foot up in the air. Not very lady like. We'll have to work on that!

Red Hot and Boom

We are lucky to live so close to Crane's Roost (a park in Altamonte). Gabe, Lauren, Bailey and I walked down the street to see the Red Hot and Boom Fireworks. We wondered how Lauren would react to the fireworks. Surprisingly, she was fine. It was Bailey that got scared! She had to hide between Gabe's legs. Poor Bailey!

How do I look?

Believe it or not, this is Daddy playing dress up with Lauren. And....he even bought her the hat!

Lauren's First Vacation

Lauren went to south FL for her first vacation. She visited her Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and her Pop-Pop.

Traveling

What should we pack on Lauren's first vacation? EVERYTHING! This is just a picture of the trunk. The back seat had bags too. Next time, we will pack lighter!

We are soooo lowering the crib tonight!

Standing

Well, Lauren doesn't crawl perfectly yet, but she gets to point A and B just fine! The trouble is instead of practicing her crawling she much rather practice STANDING!

Summer Fun with Bailey

Bailey is getting so much attention now that we are home. Lauren and I get to play with her all day! The look on Bailey's face in this picture seems as if she's ready for nap time.

6 Months

Oh, my! Lauren turned 6 months old. She weighed in at 15.4 pounds and 25 1/2 inches long.

1st Mother's Day

I feel so lucky to have such a wonderful husband. Gabe and Lauren treated me like a Queen. I will always remember my 1st Mother's Day.

Mommy's Love

Being a mother is the best feeling a woman could have. Now I understand why I will always be my mothers baby. Our hearts are truly connected and they will always be regardless of what age we grow to. Lauren will be forever connected to me. She is my baby. She makes me the happiest person in the world!
