Animal Kingdom

Lauren LOVED Animal Kingdom. She is a big animal lover like her Mommy. Daddy is in such trouble whenever we go by a pet store. At least, you need a licence to take home any of these animals at Animal Kingdom. So he was safe to take us there. We definitely couldn't have taken any of those animals home! Yikes. At first, Lauren was a little timid in the petting zoo. But after seeing Mommy and Daddy petting the animals several times she finally felt comfortable.
Lauren also LOVED the parade. Many characters approched her during the parade. One character asked for her sippy cup and she started to get scared. Lauren was not scared of the characters from a nice, far distance, but up close......no way! She screamed 'Hi' to all of the characters coming by. Especially Mickey and Pluto. Good choice Lauren! There is so much to do there, I just can't wait to go again!!!!!!!!!!!!

1st Baseball Game

Lauren attended her first baseball game with Mommy, Daddy, Aunt Sarah and Uncle Joe. She just loved running up and down this hill during the game. She even had her own fans cheering her up and down the hill. Forget the baseball game...there was a cutie pie on the loose!

Do Dogs Eat From Forks?

Lauren just loves pretending to do what Mommy and Daddy do. She enjoys sitting around the house with her plastic fork pretending to eat. This morning she decided that Bailey needed to eat with a fork too!

She finally realized dogs can't eat from forks, but they sure will eat from your hands!

Happy Valentine's Day!

I would post a cute picture of her Valentine's Day outfit but, she got cupcake all over it from her school Valentine's Day Party.Lauren's best present is a book! She loves to sit and babble to each page. That's my girl! Already pretending to read!!!!!!!!!!!! Oh, and yes...the book is upside down.

Disney

We thought it was 'off'' season for Disney, but it was crowded. I guess nobody wants to stay away from the mouse!

Overall, Lauren was so well behaved and just loved her first trip to Disney. I can't wait to go again!

Lauren always thinks the phone is for her. Well of course it is. Who would even think of calling Mommy or Daddy? Right?

Christmas Morning

Lauren loved waking up to new toys in the living room. At this age, unwrapping presents is still not that exciting. But seeing the toys all set up and ready to go, was definitely worth the late night construction!

Santa

Lauren reached her arms out to me as soon as she sat on Santa's lap. She let out two whines, then started to stare at his beard. We finally got her to look away from the bearded Santa and look at the camera. She is starting to become shy, so I knew a smile would be hard to get. Smile or not, she is absolutely gorgeous!

PJ's

Mommy and I get to hang out in our PJ's now that she is home for winter break!

Holiday Tea Party

Lauren's friend had a kiddie holiday tea party (with milk and cookies) no tea of course. Lauren loved the train they had set up. Guess we will have to set one up next year.
